ORDERING A CUSTOM-MADE HAIR SYSTEM

Ordering a custom-made hairpiece can be simple. Just keep in mind that CUSTOM means any size – any style – any color – any density, length and curl. You tell us what you want. Our Custom Hairpiece Order Forms are designed to ask all the right questions.

PLEASE be accurate and complete when filling out your Custom Hairpiece Order Form. Make sure all the information you provide is simple and straight-forward. Anything that can be drawn is also very helpful, i.e. Part and Crown Positions, Hair Direction, Specific Color Placement and Blending Instructions, Clip Placement, Base Design and Tape Tab Placement.

Please submit the top (White) copy of your Custom Hairpiece Order Form along with your Template and Color Samples. Keep the second page (Yellow) copy for your records.

After processing your order, we will send you a printed Order Confirmation. You will find your Custom Order (CS#) on the upper right-hand section of the Confirmation Form.

If your order is incomplete, we will call you. Questions or Inquiries can delay delivery time, therefore, if we cannot reach you in a timely manner, we will complete your order to the best of our knowledge.

Please read over your Confirmation Form carefully when you receive it. You must inform us of errors or changes required within TEN days of receipt of your Confirmation Form. After TEN days, your order is FINAL and will be made as stated on the Confirmation Form. There will be no Factory Free Remakes on orders made as specified.
